ICUE is a name synonymous with children’s football and the local community on the Isle of Man, from developing 1000’s of children in after school sessions, holiday sessions and football camps to supporting local charities and setting the standards for coaching that many programs and clubs now follow. 

After a brief period of rest during 2025 we are back, and true to the company values we have evolved!  

ICUE EVOLVE has the same values of Connect, Understand, Evolve running through everything we do, led by Ben Qualtrough Coaching, the highest qualified and most experienced youth coach on the Island, having worked in youth football in professional and grassroots environments in the UK, USA and beyond for over 20 years.
